  • Trends like raw food, fermented dishes, and smoothies—what Ayurveda says
  • Everyday staples: what to eat often and what to save for special occasions
  • Grains, legumes, and vegetables: their unique Ayurvedic qualities

  • Hands-on cooking demonstrations: simple, nourishing recipes
  • Practical tips to make mealtime easier and more mindful
  • Modern meals infused with Ayurvedic wisdom, including options for vegan and vegetarian diets
